The National Awards for Excellence within the Client Interaction Industry seeks to publicly recognize, stimulate, and award companies that through the application of innovative initiatives are able to build better business practices inside the strategic, operational, technological and human resources markers, which thefore allows a company to achieve memorable experiences with clients.

In the Best Technological Contribution category, projects such as the improvement of administration, optimization and implementation of technology, were evaluated to see if they have had success in leaving a positive impact on the results of the company. This award was given to COS for it’s excellence in the use of Outbound campaigns, accompanied with very important improvements in all of its levels of operation.
