Alejandro is a Business Administrator with a Master degree in Corporate Finance. He has participated in the assembly and development of different entrepreneurship projects and has more than 30 years of experience in companies of multiple sectors such as insurance, financial, legal, among others. Alejandro actively participates in the continuous improvement of strategic processes, leading the efficient development of the company’s businesses.
Edwin is a Business Engineer, with a major in Marketing Management, Digital Transformation and Project Management. He has more than 17 years of experience generating comercial, marketing and customer service strategies. Edwin is responsible for the effective development of opportunities and leads for all business lines and also for the strategic management of the coporate customer experience.
Maria Camila is an International Business Management professional with experience in the management of Spanish, Portuguese and English speaking corporate clients. Her career in different countries has contributed to her training as an expert professional in understanding different markets and development of products tailored to each client. At COS, her mission is to continue expanding the value offer to new territories to contribute to the growth of the company.
Sol is a Public Accountant and Specialist in Tax Law and Financial Management with emphasis on project and company valuation. Sol has more than 16 years of experience leading areas of treasury, financial resources, financial and accounting auditing, projection of macro-economic indicators, control of expense management, cash flow management, portfolio, billing, reporting, purchasing and logistics. Her career at COS is characterized by her good performance in the improvement of processes, optimization, maximization and negotiation of financial resources.
Karen is a psychologist specialized in Corporate Psychology and Occupational Health and Safety. With more than 10 years in human resources areas, leading processes of recruitment and selection, hiring, occupational health and safety, nursing, personnel retention and communications. Today, Karen is a member of the Board of Directors of Mesa Sectorial of Sena, member of the of Mesa Sectorial of Sena and member of the Colombian Association of Contact Centers (BPRO). Her career at COS stands out for attracting, strengthening, managing, retaining and improving the human resources quality of life and the creation of new spaces, projects and agreements focused on labour welfare.
Andrés is a Social Communicator and Journalist with emphasis on organizational communications. Andrés has 16 years of experience in the BPO sector managing areas of Personnel Selection, Training, Quality and Operations. He is in charge of implementing operational processes, corporate induction, training plans, performance evaluation, culture and organizational climate studies, and comprehensive technological solutions that impact the company’s human talent.
Andres is a Systems Engineer with more than 14 years of experience leading technology areas in diverse industries. Andres has skills for developing strategic IT plans, forming and leading engineering teams. Andres has developed experience in the finance, services and telecommunications industries.

Juan is an Industrial Engineer with more than 14 years of experience in the BPO and Call Center business in Colombia. His mission is to develop strategies for the fulfillment of the different KPI’s, serving clients from multiple sectors (Financial, Insurance, Health and Telecommunications). His knowledge in the implementation of Inbound, Outbound and F2F campaigns, specialized focus on Sales, Service and BackOffice, have achieved campaign growth by up to 300%, maintaining excellent service quality standards.
Leonardo is a public accountant with a post-graduate degree in international finance, in GroupCOS he has led operation projects, implemented the operational efficiency area that currently has the entire RPA project for the organization. He is in charge of campaigns implementation to ensure higher efficiency and productivity of new and existing campaigns.
Stephanie is a bilingual lawyer specialized in Business Law with emphasis on labor, commercial, corporate and contractual matters. She has more than 6 years of experience leading teams of advisory lawyers and consultants in commercial, labor, contractual and corporate law in companies from different economic sectors. Her experience in COS is focused on improving processes, promoting efficiency, as well as minimizing legal contingencies, and promoting a preventive legal area.
Maria Isabel is an Industrial Engineer specialized in internal control, assurance and auditing. Maria is an auditor in quality, business continuity, environmental, OHSAS standards, and lead auditor in information security. She has 10 years of experience in management and strategic implementation and is responsible for compliance with regulatory and legal guidelines as well as implementation, maintenance and certifications that are required in the company focused on continual improvement processes.
