COS present at the IX Latin American Congress of Human Talent

Within the framework of the IX Latin American Congress of Human Talent organized by the Business and Labor Magazine that was held at the El Cubo Business Center in Bogotá on June 8 and 9, prominent businessmen, coaches and consultants met to develop the Thematic axis of the event: “The value of Human Capital”. COS was present to discuss issues inherent to the fundamental resource of any organization, such as: humanistic management, job stability, transformation of human talent, legal impact of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS), work team, among others. This feedback will undoubtedly be applied and will have a positive impact within COS so that its employees continue to share the same goal: Quality and Excellence of life!
