2 free throws in 5 seconds....2/5 = 0.4 free throws per second
4 free trows in 12 seconds....4/12 = 0.3 free throws per second

no, they did not shoot their free throws at the same rate...because 2/5 does not equal 4/12

2 free throws :5 seconds
3 free throws : 7.5 seconds
4 free throws : 10 seconds

No they weren’t at the same rate ,, I’m not 100% sure on my answer
